Taking care of your health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

Early last week when I was wishing you a “Happy New Week”
I adviced that you should pay attention to your health and ensure you get quality rest in order not to break down or have health challenges.
Same last week, I landed in the hospital.
Well, it’s nothing serious, I just have been feeling sick for few days and was trying to see if I would be strong even without taking medications first.
But when I realized that I couldn’t do much any longer to the point that I was on my bed almost all day, I had to get up and move straight to the hospital for treatment.
This week, it was as if the there was no improvement on my health, I had to run back to the hospital 2 days ago so as to start receiving injections instead.
Right now, I feel much better than before
You see,
No matter how strong you think you are,
No matter how effective you have always been,
No matter how much people respect you in the online space,
If your health should by any chance fail you, you have failed completely!
I had a class I started teaching last week in which i was supposed to conclude on Wednesday, but I canceled it just because I needed some time off.
You will not die if you will take some time off to rest and get well.
Remember, your brain also needs rest.
Just imagine you put on a device for days without either shutting it down or trying to restart, a time will come that the device will start misbehaving.
In as much as you are trying your best to give the best of you at every point,
Ensure you also give the best of attention to your health.
